What a spiritual awakening is and 3 main catalysts

When I first began to awaken I wasn't even sure that I was going through one. I mean, I'd been atheist for years and didn't believe in angels or crystals or any of that stuff. Then in 2016, I began to become more open to the idea that I was a soul or spirit having a human existence, even though I wasn't entirely sure what that meant.

Hi, I'm Dr Shuna Marr, a former academic who now helps people navigate their awakening path so they can transition smoothly through the awakening process.
